One more time

feels like eternity

when I lay in your arms

once again flying

with your reddish wings

sweet escape from reality

lethal scent from hell

but brings me visions

paradise’s illusions

where we are one

soul heart and mind

darkness becomes a toy

and death is just a joke

where angels are crying

and Devil anguishly laugh

where God is missing

and Sin is daily bread

Destiny is untold

not a single word

rules ain’t faithfull

ways are messy maze

sickly figures in the corners

mark the path to short cuts

you’re lost if you hesitate

forward no looking back

you’ll see the hounds of hell

I see them every day

bring them some offering

to ignite the guiding torch

to propitiate the journey

no fellow but your mask

wolves’ glance at your neck

that’s this way’s shape

where I walk to take fly

and rid from bad thoughts

no surrender to sadness

spicing tasteless reality

you know ‘bout I’m talking

take it and leave fast

move to your lair and lay

on your back on the track

some bullets in your hand

hard as life itself

but no cloud of doubt

to darken the sight

just pure as a clear sky

with stars at the night

dancing will-o’-the-wisp

chasing faded dreams

reminding the lost ones

through boiling emotions

unveiling deepest secrets

draining cryptic words

blood beating temples

blurred sight as sign

of a distorted thinking

voice becomes roar

flesh is now in charge

free to lead the carnival

coming and going, on and on

eternal ouroboros circle

restless in the path to the trap

dragging towards vacuum

where laughter turns to cries

and heart struggles with pain

all joy becomes martyrdom

of a faithless ritual

that brings no hope of redemption

but bitterness and grief
