Film made in 2010, lasts 93 minutes, whose director was Leandro Ipiña, the 19th century War/Historical Drama Genre, in memory of General Don José de San Martin and everything that led to the epic feat of transcendence for the liberation of Latin America, where the promises of the General of liberation are emphasized, based on his Ideals of Freedom.

Within the film, there is an important part that will be referred to because it is a harangue made by General Don José de San Martin at the beginning of the Battle of Chacabuco at 2 am on February 12, 1817; 100 kilometers north of the city of Santiago de Chile, the army of the Andes with 3,600 men crossed the mountain range in groups in order to strategically confuse the enemy with the number of men for the battle; on the other hand, the Royalists with 2450 men under the command of Brigadier Bernardo O’Higgins began the combat, where there was a resounding success of the Army of the Andes, taking as a trophy the Spanish flag that was transferred to Mendoza and exhibited to the approval of the achievers and their community; with which the Independence of the United Provinces of the Rio de la Plata, declared in 1816, was reaffirmed and with it began the liberation of Chile and generated confidence in the Liberator Don José de San Martín to continue the liberation of more countries.

That every time this harangue is read, our hearts fill with emotion and be the incentive to fight for our rights, we all have many fights, for which we fight daily, there is such indignation, rage and impotence for everything that happens daily, injustices, inequities, exclusion, discrimination, citizen insecurity, not only material theft, theft of hope for a better future for vulnerable people who in their condition cannot defend themselves, that their situation, their Ignorance does not allow them to improve and aspire to a decent life with the right to basic needs. Each one is called to fight from their place, from wherever they are for a better future with solidarity for all; ¨we are all equal in front of the supreme and in front of death¨.

Película realizada año 2010, dura 93 minutos, cuyo director fue Leandro Ipiña, el Genero Drama bélico/Histórico siglo XIX, en memoria al General Don José de San Martin y todo lo que conllevo a la gesta épica de transcendencia para la liberación de Latinoamérica, donde se hace hincapié las promesas del General de la liberación, en base a sus Ideales de Libertad.

Dentro de la película, hay una parte importante a la que se hará referencia debido, a que es una arenga realizada por el General Don José de San Martin al iniciar la Batalla de Chacabuco a las 2 am del día 12 de febrero de 1817; a 100 kilómetros del norte de la ciudad de Santiago de Chile, el ejercito de los Andes con 3600 hombres atravesó la cordillera en grupos para así confundir estratégicamente al enemigo con la cantidad de hombres para la batalla; por otro lado, los Realistas con 2450 hombres al mando del Brigadier Bernardo O´Higgins dio inicio al combate, en donde hubo un rotundo éxito del Ejercito de los Andes, tomando como trofeo la bandera española que fue trasladad a Mendoza y exhibida para beneplácito de los triunfadores y su comunidad; con lo que se reafirmo la Independencia de las Provincias Unidas del Rio de la Plata, declarada en 1816 y con ello iniciar la liberación de Chile y generar la confianza en el Libertador Don José de San Martín de proseguir la liberación de más países.

A continuación, la Arenga al amanecer en la batalla de Chacabuco 12 de febrero 1817:

Arenga para la libertad: Del General Don José de San Martin, que se encontraba montando su caballo al frente de las tropas, moviéndose de lado a lado, mirando fijamente, con orgullo, valentía, dando animo a las tropas cansadas, pero hambrientas de justicia y libertad, el sabor de la victoria no tiene precio, cuando la lucha es justa; con voz firme haciendo un llamado a la bravura y a la lucha hasta al final sin importar las consecuencias, llegando hasta la muerte y por dejar un legado a las generaciones futuras de dignidad, libertad y un llamado que día a día debemos tener en cuenta, para luchar por nuestros derechos juntos y conseguir lo que es justo no solo para nosotros, también para nuestros hijos y los hijos de nuestros hijos, es ahora cuando tenemos todo el deber y derecho de dejar un legado de empoderamiento y a toda costa conseguir un futuro mejor donde todos seamos iguales y se respete nuestra dignidad, nuestros derechos humanos… Y dice:

Todos y cada uno de ustedes conocen el esfuerzo y las dificultades por las que hemos pasado

Llegar hasta aquí es bastante, pero nunca suficiente.

El enemigo espera

Y espera bien armado, señores.

Son la esperanza de la América.

Todos y cada uno de ustedes lleva consigo lo más importante.

¡La Libertad!

Trescientos años de masacre y de barbarie…

Tiñen nuestra tierra de sangre.

Pero hemos venido a decir basta.

Que cada vez que se lea esta arenga, se llene de emoción nuestro corazón y sea el incentivo para luchar por nuestros derechos, todos tenemos muchas peleas, por las que luchamos diariamente, es tal la indignación, la rabia y la impotencia por todo lo que acontece diariamente, las injusticias, las inequidades, la exclusión, la discriminación, la inseguridad ciudadana, el robo no solo material, el robo de la esperanza de un futuro mejor para personas vulnerables que en su condición no pueden defenderse, que su situación, su ignorancia no les permite mejorar y aspirar a una vida digna con derecho a necesidades básicas. Cada uno esta llamado a luchas desde su lugar, desde donde se encuentre por un futuro mejor con solidaridad para todos; ¨todos somos iguales frente al supremo y frente a la muerte¨.
